Our transferable skills analysis assesses an injured person’s aptitudes, skills and experience and is aimed at identifying any transferable skills and potential options for alternative employment.
Option 1

A desk top review of the case using questionnaires, career and education history, current role descriptions and competencies, employer information and medical evidence.

Provision of a report analysing transferable skills and aptitudes and identifying potential pathways to alternative job roles.
Option 2
We will produce a report outlining the injured person’s transferable skills which will:
- Outline any restrictions or barriers to employment
- Identify potential and suitable job roles
- Identify re-training requirements (if any)
- Highlight available state support resources
- Provide an outline job placement plan
- Initial assessment
A telephone assessment by an appropriately qualified clinician
- Rehabilitation plans
We will provide a goal orientated rehabilitation action plan with anticipated outcomes, costs and timescales agreed by all stakeholders
- Dedicated case managers
All cases are managed from beginning to end by the same case manager managing a multi-disciplinary team
- Ongoing communication
Our dedicated case manager ensures that all parties are kept up to date with progress throughout the life of the case
