HR & Line Manager Advice Line
Managers and HR departments also have access to our legal and counselling teams should they need to discuss issues or concerns relating to their responsibilities and accountabilities as managers.

This element of the EAP service provides 24/7 access to the telephone services, for guidance and support on identifying workplace issues and timely effective responses to such issues.  Whether that’s through counselling to deal with the emotional aspects of managing people, or legal advice to supply vital information when dealing with an employee, or a tricky scenario, your management can be assured of round the clock advice, information and support.

Occupational Health Advice Line
This service provides support and reassurance for employees and employer alike. Our experienced team of occupational health advisors are able to offer practical help and advice on health issues that impact on work and any work issues that impact on health.

The advice service will provide guidance, advice and information on aspects such as health screening, work-related health problems – DSE, upper-limb disorders, stress, short-term and long-term absence problems, return to work programmes and infectious diseases.

Telephone Employment Advice Line
Staffed by our in house team of solicitors, this service provides advice and information on employment law, human resources issues, policies and procedures.

Policy Development
Our specialist HR/legal team can help you to assess existing or create new policies and processes to ensure they reflect current legislative and regulatory requirements.
