What are the benefits?
All employees need to be able to recognise and engage with their own experience of stressful situations. Our courses recognise that these situations vary from individual to individual, both in terms of impact and outcome. Initially we clarify what stress is and the potential damage it can cause if left unresolved. We use practical exercises to help employees identify their own stressors and show how they can modify their own behaviours to relieve symptoms in themselves and others.
Our flexible approach to stress management includes both tailored manager and employee support.
